Can Members bring guests for lunch or dinner?
Stoneleigh G&CC welcomes guests of members for lunch, dinner or private parties.

Is the Tavern open to the public?
No, Stoneleigh G&CC is a private club for use by members and their guests.  However, non-members may host private parties of more than 20 guests.  Please contact Event Sales Manager for more information by calling 540.338.4653 ext. 309 or email events@stoneleighgolf.com.

Do you offer a special children’s menu?
The Tavern is family-friendly and offers a children’s menu that includes items such as chicken fingers, grilled cheese, hamburgers and fries.  Click here to view the children’s menu.

What special events and theme dinners does Stoneleigh offer during the year?
Stoneleigh G&CC offers a variety of special dinners including a Prime Rib dinner on the last Thursday of every month.  The Club also hosts many special events such as brunch with Santa, a Mother’s Day Brunch and an Easter Brunch/egg hunt.

Can members host a private party at the Club?
Yes, we welcome private parties hosted by members. For more information about hosting a special event at the Club, please contact Event Sales Manager for more information by calling 540.338.4653 ext. 309 or email events@stoneleighgolf.com.

What is the restaurant’s dress code?
Dress is country club casual. Jeans are permitted but they must be free of rips, graffiti and must fit properly.  Halter tops, tank tops, t-shirts, cut-offs, bathing and pool attire, are not permitted in the dining facilities.

Does the Club accept cash?
No, Stoneleigh G&CC does not accept cash. The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Member charges are posted to their accounts which are billed monthly.

Are reservations required to dine in the Tavern?
Reservations are encouraged to avoid disappointment.

If I entertain for business, may I use a credit card and receive a receipt for reimbursement rather than posting to my member account?
Yes, you can pay for business reimbursement expenses via credit card (American Express, Visa and MasterCard) and receive a receipt. Stoneleigh does not accept cash.

Can my guest(s) pay for their own expenses while visiting Stoneleigh?
Yes, your guest(s) can pay for their expenses via credit card (American Express, Visa and MasterCard). Stoneleigh does not accept cash.
